新兵集训反刍性沉思、社会支持与创伤后成长的关系

摘要：

目的：探讨新兵集训反刍性沉思、社会支持与创伤后成长的关系。方法：采用创伤后成长量表、事件相关反刍沉思量表和领悟社会支持量表对1036名集训新兵进行整群施测，用SPSS22.0对数据进行统计分析。结果：①创伤后成长量表均分为3.40±0.70，成长程度在中等（3分）到较大（4分）之间。②侵入性反刍、主动性反刍、社会支持与创伤后成长等变量两两之间相关均显著。③侵入性反刍直接负向预测创伤后成长，也可通过正向预测主动反刍从而正向预测创伤后成长，主动性反刍在侵入性反刍到创伤后成长中具有显著的遮掩效应。④社会支持在侵入性反刍到创伤后成长的调节效应显著，随社会支持水平提高侵入性反刍对创伤后成长的负向预测程度降低。结论：新兵集训后普遍觉知到心理成长，主动性反刍和社会支持是促进新兵集训心理成长的重要认知和情境变量。

Objective:To explore the relationship of the rumination, social support, and Posttraumatic Growth. Methods:1036 Recruits who had completed the Military Training were assessed with Posttraumatic growth inventory(PTGI), Events Related Rumination inventory(ERRI), and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS). Results:①Intrusive rumination, deliberate rumination, social support, and posttraumatic growth were related with each other. ②The deliberate rumination made a mask effect on the relationship between intrusive rumination and posttraumatic growth. ③Social support played a moderating role in the relationship between intrusive rumination and posttraumatic growth. Conclusion:Almost Recruits perceives mental growth after military training. Deliberate rumination, and social support are important factors to promote posttraumatic growth in particular.
