羞怯与生活满意度:安全感与自我控制的多重中介效应

摘要：

目的：探讨安全感和自我控制在羞怯与生活满意度之间的中介作用。方法：采用大学生羞怯量表、安全感量表、大学生自我控制量表和大学生生活满意度评定量表测量了510名大学生。结果：①羞怯与安全感、自我控制以及生活满意度三者之间均呈显著负相关，安全感、自我控制和生活满意度三者两两之间呈显著正相关；②安全感和自我控制在羞怯与生活满意度之间起到部分中介作用。结论：羞怯通过安全感和自我控制的部分中介作用影响个体的生活满意度。

Objective: To investigate the mediating role of security and self-control in the relationship between shyness and life satisfaction.Methods: A sample of 510 college students completed the College Students' Shyness Scale,Security Questionnaire,College Students' Self-control Scale and College Students' Life Satisfaction Rating Scale.Results: ① Shyness was significantly and negatively correlated with security,self-control and life satisfaction.Security,self-control and life satisfaction were significantly and positively correlated with each other.② Path analyses showed that shyness negatively influenced life satisfaction,and this relationship was mediated by security and self-control.Conclusion: Security and selfcontrol play multiple mediating effects between shyness and life satisfaction.
