急性脑卒中患者事件相关电位的应用研究

摘要：

脑血管病是神经科最常见的疾病之一，在我国其死亡率及致残率居城市人口的前列，故对脑血管病的防治研究日趋紧迫。以往对脑血管病的研究多集中在病理、生化、影像学等方面，而运用事件相关电位技术研究较少。近几年，我们对30名急性期脑卒中患者作了事件相关电位测查，报告如下。

Objective:To study P3 wave features of event-related potential in patients with acute stroke. Methods:P3 was elicited from Cz by auditory “oddball paradigm”. The peak latency and amplitude were measured in 30 patients and 41 controls. Results: There was significant increase in P3 latency (P<0.05) and decrease in P3 amplitude (p<0.05) in patients with acute stroke. Conclusion:The results reflected possible cognitive impairments in patients with acute stroke.
