应激源、认知评价与抑郁障碍的关系研究

摘要：

根据抑郁障碍的社会认知理论[1],应激在抑郁障碍的发生中起非常重要的作用。

Objective:To explore the relationships among stressers, cognition and depression. Methods:130 college students were studied during 6 months through investigating, step by step regression analyzing and path analyzing. Results:(1) Stressors, negative self-concept and depressive-biased cognition had effects on the development of depression; (2) Negative self-concept and depressive-biased cognition are mediators between sressors and depressive disorder. Conclusion: The development of depression can be predicted by stressors and cognitive appraisement.
