胃肠癌患者手术前后情绪状况比较

摘要：

癌症患者存在明显的情绪反应[1-4],国外报道癌症患者的精神障碍率为53%至56%[5-7],其中焦虑、抑郁反应较常见[8]。

Objective：To study the emotional status of patients with cancer. Methods：Seventy-nine patients with gastroenteric cancer were measured with SAS and SDS. Results：Patients with cancer had preoperative anxiety and depression, and their anxiety and depression decreased after operation. But the patients with late period cancer still had major depression and anxiety after operation. Conclusion：Anxiety and depression were common in cancer patients, especially before operation.
