摘要：

目的：对Luthans的心理资本问卷的项目和结构进行初步的修订。方法：对908名中国的企业员工进行测查，并进行探索性和验证性因素分析。结果：各分量表及总量表的α系数在0.7031-0.8125之间。重测相关系数在0.6982-0.7453之间。探索性因素分析结果显示问卷的自信，希望，韧性，乐观的四维结构中，各项目在所属维度上的载荷介于0.604-0.879之间，累计方差解释量达65.484%。验证性因素分析的结果显示，测量模型与实际数据的拟合程度良好，χ²/df=2.02，RMSEA=0.058，CFI=0.96，IFI=0.97，GFI=0.93，NNFI=0.96，NFI=0.94，AGFI=0.91。结论：修订以后心理资本问卷的信度和效度均达到了心理测量学的要求，可以在相关研究和实践领域使用。

Objective: To carry out a preliminary revision of luthans psychological capital questionnaire's items and the structure. Methods: The questionnaire was administrated to 908 Chinese employees and a research was made for ap plicability. Results: The whole scale and four dimension coefficients were from 0.7031-0.8125. The test-retest reliability was from 0.6982-0.7453. Exploratory factor analysis of survey results showed that self-confidence, hope, resilience, opti mism of four-dimensional structure of the project load in their dimensions ranged from 0.604 to 0.879; the total variance explained amounted to 65.484 percent. The results of CFA showed that the measurement model fit the data well. The reli ability and validity of the revised psychological capital questionnaire met the needs of psychometrics well. Conclusion: The questionnaire could be used in the related research and practice.
