Objective To improve mental health of middle school students and college students.Methods 32 middle school students and 32 college students were selected and divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group .Results After the treatment of group counseling,the college student's scores of SCL-90,SAD,SES were significantly changed.But such changes didn't shown in the middle school student group .Conclusion Group conuseling indeed improved the level of mental health of undergraduates.
