中小学教师及幼儿教师心理健康现状的调查分析

摘要：

目的：探讨河北省中小学教师及幼儿教师心理健康现状。方法：对 92 4名中小学教师及幼儿教师应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行测查并辅以个别访谈。结果：中小学教师及幼儿教师在躯体化、强迫、焦虑、抑郁、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性8项因子分均与全国常模有显著性差异 ;不同性别教师在焦虑、恐怖两项因子分上有显著差异 ;幼儿教师与中小学教师在强迫因子分上有显著差异 ;重点学校与非重点学校教师在人际敏感、抑郁等项上有显著差异 ;不同年龄教师在躯体化、强迫因子上存在显著差异 ;不同学历教师及城乡教师各因子分无差异 ;教师心理问题属于中度以上严重水平的检出率为 9.31%。结论：中小学教师及幼儿教师的心理健康问题应引起教育管理部门的重视，建议从生理、心理及社会行为三个层面予以干预及调适。

Objective:To study the mental health conditions of kindergarten ,primary and middle school teachers in Hebei province.Methods:Mental health of 924 kindergarten ,primary and middle school teachers were assessed by SCL-90.Results: The primary and middle school teachers showed significantly higher scores than the norm in 8 factors of SCL-90.Teachers of different sex showed significant difference on anxiety and phobic anxiety.The severity of mental health of 9.37% teachers was above middle level.Conclusion:The primary and middle school teacher’s mental health status was not good ,to which the education administration must pay attention.
