多项能力倾向测验的初步编制

摘要：

目的：把长 -鞍团体智力测验发展成为多项能力倾向测验以供职业选拔之用。方法：根据工作分析与借鉴范例来建构MAT。随机整群在武警湖南总队取991人实测。对其中 45人相隔23天重测，进行条目及信效度分析。结果：各分测验难度在0.38～0.60之间，总体难度是0.50,具有有效区分效度(0.20以上)的条目占85%以上。重测相关系数为0.79,总分α系数为0.80。效度检验结果符合心理测量学结果。结论：多项能力倾向测验的建构合理，达到了编制目的。

Objective:A Multidimensional Aptitude Test(MAT) was developed to provide an Objective measure of general aptitude for personnel-selection and placement.Methods:We formed the structure of MAT through job analysis.A total of 991 Armed Police Force men were tested, 45 of whom were re-tested after 23 days.Results:The difficulty of sub-tests ranged from 0.38 to 0.60, while the average difficulty of the whole scale was 0.50.The discrimination of 85% items was over 0.2.Reliability and Validity meets the criteria of psychometrics.Conclusion:The reliability and validity of MAT were supported in the present study.
