农村中小学教师自杀意念与抑郁、心理健康水平的关系研究

摘要：

目的:探索中小学教师自杀意念与抑郁、心理健康水平的关系, 为提高农村中小学教师的心理健康水平提供依据。方法:采用多级抽样法, 对抽取的423名江西省农村中小学教师使用一般调查问卷、Beck抑郁问卷(BDI)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)调查并进行多元Logistic回归分析。结果:农村中小学教师自杀意念检出率为32.2%, 女性多于男性, 未婚教师多于已婚教师;除SCL-90偏执因子外, 有自杀意念组SCL-90各因子分和BDI得分显著高于无自杀意念组;可预测自杀意念的危险因素有抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神病性因子及年龄、文化程度和婚姻状况。结论:自杀意念在农村中小学教师中较为常见, 应对中小学教师群体中具有抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖症状者进行及时疏导。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between suicide ideation, depression and levels of mental health,and provide basis for enhancing levels of mental health of middle and primary school teachers in rural area.Methods:Stratified sampling method was used to draw 423 middle and primary school teachers in Jiangxi province. They were investigated with self-administered questionnaire, Beck Depression Inventary(BDI) and SCL-90.Results:The rate of expressing suicide ideation was 32.2%. Multivariance logistic regression analysis revealed that the risk factors for suicide ideation were depression, anxiety, photic anxiety hostility and psychoticism.Conclusion:Suicide ideation is more common among middle and primary school teachers in rural areas. Emphasis should be placed on mental health to prevent suicide.
