家庭暴力男性躯体施暴者的人格研究

摘要：

目的：探讨家庭男性躯体施暴者的人格因素，为进一步干预家庭暴力提供帮助。方法：采用病例对照研究，对156例社区家庭男性躯体施暴者和44例社区正常对照组用社会人口学指标、艾森克人格问卷、反社会人格症状问卷进行评定。结果：研究组与对照组比较，有较低的教育水平，较多的嗜烟者和较多差的夫妻关系(P＜0.05)；研究组内外向、反社会人格障碍症状分值显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：家庭暴力男性躯体施暴者有较多的低教育水平者和嗜烟者和一定的人格基础。

Objective:To investigate the personalities of physical domestic violence of male perpetrators and provide help to interfere in family violence further．Methods:The case-control association study was used．156 male samples who had domestic violent behavior and a control group of 44 wemtested by the demographic data and EPQ．Results:The demographic data showed that the years of school education of the physical domestic violence group were significantly lower than those of the nomlal control group．while the former had more smokers than the latter．The E score of EPQ and the APDS sores of the physical domestic violence group were statistically higher than those of the normal control group (P<0．05)．Conclusion:The male perpetrators of physical domenie violence have lower educational level and more smokers．And they have special pemonallties．
