大学生竞争心理与人格特征的相关研究

摘要：

目的：探讨大学生竞争心理与人格特征的相关关系。方法：使用测量方法对321名大学生的竞争心理与人格特征之间的关系进行了研究。结果：大学生大五人格中的严谨性、开放性和外向性与总体竞争的相关分别是0.211、0.179、0.217，存在显著的正相关；神经质则与总体竞争存在显著的负相关(r=-0.273)；回归分析结果发现，神经质对总体竞争倾向存在着负向的预测作用，而外向性都具有正向的预测作用；男生的竞争心理主要与神经质、开放性和外向性相关，而女生的竞争心理主要与严谨性和神经质相关。结论：大学生竞争心理与人格特征的不同维度存在着一定的相关关系。

Objective: To explore the relationship of competitiveness and Big Five Model of Personality. Methods:Survey 321 undergraduates about the relationship of competitiveness with Big Five Model of Personality. Results:Conscientiousness, openness and extroversion were obviously positively related to general competition in the students’personality dimensions, while neuroticism was negatively related to general competition. Different personality dimensionscould be reflected in students of different genders in the aspect of predictable forces on different dimensions. Conclusion:The relationship of competitiveness and Big Five Model of Personality are significant on different dimensions of personality.
