知人能力测验与MMPI在精神疾病团体筛检中的效度比较

摘要：

目的：比较知人能力测验与MMPI用于精神疾病团体筛检的效度。方法：以知人能力测验和MMPI为工具，对171名军校学员进行精神疾病团体筛检，通过团体施测、个别回访等程序，比较了知人能力测验与MMPI的灵敏度、特异度及正确诊断指数等效度指标。结果：知人能力测验的灵敏度为1，特异度为0.95，正确诊断指数为0.95，MMPI的灵敏度为0，特异度为0.98，正确诊断指数为-0.02。知人能力测验的灵敏度和正确诊断指数均显著高于MMPI。结论：知人能力测验能够减少MMPI在精神疾病团体筛检中的漏选问题，可以作为团体筛检的工具。

Objective: To compare the validity of Interpersonal Perception Scale with MMPI. Methods: 171 military undergraduates were administrated with Interpersonal Perception Scale and MMPI. Through group test and individual interview,a comparison was made between the validity of them. Results: The sensitivity and Youden index of Interpersonal Perception Scale were higher than MMPI significantly. Interpersonal Perception Scale could reduce the omission of MMPIin Group screening of mental disorder. Conclusion: Interpersonal Perception Scale can be used in Group screening of mental disorder.
