摘要：

目的：修订适用于中国大学生的职业决策困难问卷(CDDQ)。方法：抽取1182名大学生为研究样本。结果：①分问卷及总问卷的α系数为0.477-0.872；②问卷有较好的结构效度、区分效度和效标效度。结论：该问卷的测量指标符合心理测量学要求，但是还需要进一步结合我国的实际进行验证。

Objective: To develop the Career Decision-making Difficulties Questionnaire(CDDQ) for the use of Chinese college students. Methods: The CDDQ (36 items in the Chinese version) was filled by 1182 college subjects. Results: ①Cronbach αcoefficients ranged from 0.477 to 0.872; ②The questionnaire had good construct validity, discriminant validityand criterion-related validity. Conclusion: The results suggest that CDDQ has eligible psychometric reliability, but it is necessary to be further confirmed according to the reality of China.
