大学生应对方式、情感体验与学业倦怠的关系

摘要:

目的:考察大学生的应对方式、情感体验与学业倦怠之间的关系。方法:采取随机抽样的方法抽取二、三年级300名本科生完成应对方式问卷、情感力量表和学业倦怠的测量。结果:①应对方式的各维度与学业倦怠相关,其中,解决问题,求助与学业倦怠呈负相关(P<0.01),自责、退避和合理化与学业倦怠呈正相关(P<0.01)。情感体验的两个维度与学业倦怠呈负相关(P<0.01);②假设模型具有很好的拟合指数,CMIN/DF=0.060,NFI=0.958,RFI=0.863,IFI=0.982,TLI=0.938,CFI=0.981,GFI=0.979,RMSEA=0.054,③通过对假设模型的修正,发现解决问题和求助通过正性情感影响学业倦怠,自责和退避通过负性情感影响学业倦怠。解决问题和退避也直接影响学业倦怠。结论:大学生应对方式、情感体验对学业倦怠都有预测作用,应对方式通过情感体验影响大学生的学业倦怠。

Objective:To explore the relationship of college students’ burnout with coping styles and affect.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted to 300 college students of sophomore and junior with coping styles questionnaire,affect scales and student burnout scales.Results:①Coping styles significantly correlated with students’ burnout,of which?problem solving,and recourse had negative correlation with students’ burnout(P<0.01);Self-accusation,recession and rationalization?had positive correlation with students’ burnout (P<0.01).The two latitudes of affect negatively correlated with?students’ burnout (P<0.01);②The assumption mode improved to be a good model and the indexes were:CMIN/DF =?0.060,NFI=0.958,RFI=0.863,IFI=0.982,TLI=0.938,CFI=0.981,GFI=0.979,RMSEA=0.054;③After the amendment of?the assumption model,it was found that problem solving and recourse could influence students’ burnout through positive?affect,while self-accusation and recession could interference students’ burnout through negative affect;Problem solving?and recession could interference students’ burnout directly.Conclusion:Both coping style and affect forecast students’?burnout.Coping style interference students’ burnout through affect.
