摘要：

目的：检验述情障碍量表中文版(TAS-20-C)在青少年中的信、效度。方法：1260名青少年完成了TAS-20-C。结果：TAS-20-C在青少年中的Cronbach’sα系数为0.87，重测信度为0.81，各条目间平均相关系数在0.16～0.44之间，总分与各因子的相关系数在0.74～0.87之间，各因子间的相关系数在0.44～0.76之间，条目对因子负荷系数在0.17～0.86之间；验证性因子分析的指标：GFI(0.937)、NFI(0.902)、CFI(0.922)、TLI(0.911)、χ²/df(4.507)、REMEA(0.053)符合测量学要求；述情障碍总分与躯体化的相关系数为0.43(P＜0.001)，与抑郁总分相关系数为0.61(P＜0.001)。结论：TAS-20-C在本研究青少年样本中具有良好的信度和效度。

Objective: To examine the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the twenty-item Toronto Alex - ithymia Scale(TAS-20-C) in Chinese adolescents. Methods: The Chinese version of the twenty-item Toronto Alexithymia Scale was completed by 1260 Chinese adolescents. Results: The Cronbach’ s α coefficient of the TAS-20-C was 0.87; The test-retest reliability coefficient was 0.81; The mean inter-item correlation coefficients ranged from 0.16 to 0.44; The correlation coefficients of the three factors with the total scale score ranged from 0.74 to 0.87; The correlation coefficients among the three factors ranged from 0.44 to 076; The factors loadings ranged from 0.16 to 0.86; The GFI (0.937)?NFI (0.902)?CFI(0.922)?TLI(0.911)? χ²/df(4.507)?REMEA(0.053) all met the criteria for adequacy of fit of psychometrics; The correlation coefficients of alexithymia with somatization was 0.43(P<0.001). The correlation coefficients of alexithymia with depression was 0.61 (P<0.001). Conclusion: The Chinese version of the TAS-20 is a reliable and valid measure for as - sessing alexithymia in Chinese adolescents according to our research.
