大五人格量表简化版(NEO-FFI)在大学生人群的应用分析

摘要：

目的:研究大五人格量表简化版(NEO-FFI)在我国大学生人群的应用。方法:采用NEO-FFI中文简化版对1255名大学本科生进行测量,分析量表的信效度。结果:NEO-FFI的α信度系数神经质为0.77,外向性为0.78,开放性为0.63,宜人性为0.72,谨慎性为0.74;模型的拟合指标χ²/df=3.24,GFI=0.87,AGFI=0.85,TLI=0.80,CFI=0.82,RMSEA=0.04。结论:NEO-FFI适合应用于中国大学生群体。

Objective:To study the application of NEO-FFI to undergraduates in China.Methods:By the simplified Chinese version of NEO-FFI,the investigation has surveyed 1255 undergraduates.Results:The NEO-FFI has high alpha reliability coefficient with neuroticism 0.77,extraversion 0.78,openness 0.63,agreeableness 0.72,and conscientiousness 0.74.Moreover,it has satisfactory goodness of fit between the measured data and the model,with χ²/df=3.24,GFI=0.87,AGFI=0.85,TLI=0.80,CFI=0.82,RMSEA=0.04.Conclusion:The NEO-FFI is suitable for measuring personality traits of undergraduates in China.
