武警士官胜任特征模型的建构

摘要:

目的:建构武警士官胜任特征模型,为编制武警士官心理选拔系统提供依据。方法:采用文献分析、专家小组讨论以及问卷调查等方法,编制武警士官胜任特征问卷,先后共以1083名武警官兵为调查对象,从98项特征中筛选出18个特征为士官胜任特征,通过探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析对胜任特征模型进行结构探索和验证。结果:探索性因素分析显示,18个胜任特征抽取特征值大于1的因子四个:性格特征、能力特征、职业动力和工作态度,四个因子共解释总方差的53.47%。验证性因子分析显示,χ2/df为2.134、RMSEA为0.059、CFI为0.915、NFI为0.853、NNFI为0.901,数据较好地拟合了四因子模型。结论:四因子18个特征的武警士官胜任特征模型建构合理,可作为武警士官心理选拔系统编制的依据。

Objective:To establish a competency model of CAPF sergeant to provide the basis for the psychological screening system of CAPF sergeant.Methods:CAPF sergeant competency rating scale was developed through literature review,experts group discussion and questionnaire survey.1083 CAPF soldiers were administered the rating scale.18 important competences were screened from 98 primary competences.Construction of 18 competency were explored and confirmed by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.Results:The exploratory factor analysis indicated that there were 4 factors with eigenvalue larger than 1 and they accounted for 53.47% of the total variance;they were character,ability,occupation dynamic and working attitude.The fit indexes of confirmatory factor analysis were: χ2/df= 2.134,RMSEA =0.059,CFI =0.915,NFI =0.852,NNFI =0.901;the 4 factors model were fitted well.Conclusion:The competency model of CAPF sergeant composed of 4 factors including 18 competences is established reasonably.It can be used in development of the psychological screening system of CAPF sergeant.
