认知应对团体辅导改善大学生抑郁的研究

摘要:

目的:探讨认知应对团体辅导改善大学生抑郁情绪的有效性。方法:采用实验组与对照组前后测准实验设计,选取12名有抑郁情绪的大学生进行为期8周的认知应对团体辅导,以自评抑郁量表(SDS)、认知情绪调节量表(CERQ)和自动思维问卷(ATQ)为测量工具,在团体干预实施前、后的一周对被试进行测量。结果:协方差分析与事后比较结果显示,与对照组相比,实验组被试在团体辅导前后的抑郁自评量表、负性自动思维量表得分都显著下降;认知情绪调节的"沉思默想"、"责备他人"两个子量表得分显著下降,"积极调整"子量表得分显著上升,且均达到显著性水平。结论:认知应对团体辅导应用于改善大学生抑郁情绪效果显著。

Objective:To explore the validity of cognitive coping group mental training for improving college students’ depression. Methods:The quasi -experimental design of before -after -design was adopted on experimental group and control group, Twelve depressive students were involved in an eight-week-long cognitive coping community coaching. One week before and after the coaching, the students were asked to take three tests of Self -rating Depression Scale (SDS), Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire(CERQ) and Automatic Thoughts Questionnaire(ATQ). Results:Compared with the control group, the scores of the experimental group of SDS and negative ATQ before and after community coaching were significantly decreased. The scores of ‘ Focus on thought/rumination’ and ‘ Other -blame’ of cognitive emotion regulation were significantly decreased and the score of ‘ positive modulation’ was exactly the opposite. Conclusion:Cognitive coping community coaching has great positive effect on improving the students’ depressive emotion.
