行政管理干部心理健康状况及影响因素分析

摘要：

目的:了解行政管理干部心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,对参加广东省委党校广东省行政学院培训的各班次学员的心理健康状况进行问卷调查。结果:600名调查对象中,与SCL-90总分相关程度最高的五位症状分别为强迫症状、躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁及焦虑;除了敌对因子外,调查对象的SCL-90各因子分均高于中国常模(P<0.05)。女性、高学历、企/事业单位、年龄较大等因素与SCL-90因子分及总分具有相关性。结论:广州市行政管理干部的心理健康水平比国内普通人群低;女性、高学历、企/事业单位、年龄较大等与不良心理健康状况相关。

Objective: To explore the risk factors of mental health of administrative personnel. Methods: A cross-sectional study including 600 participants was carried out in Guangdong School of Administration in Guangzhou city. Results:Of the 600 participants, the highest correlation was founded between total score of SCL-90 and obsessive-compulsive,somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and anxiety, and. The participants scored high in total score and seven domains of SCL-90 (except for hostility), compared with norms in China ( P <0.05). Female, high education level and age were the risk factors of mental health. Conclusion: Administrative personnel have worse mental health symptoms compared with the common people in China; female, high education level and age, are the related risk factors.
