职业成熟度、心理控制源对大学生择业焦虑的影响

摘要：

目的:探讨职业成熟度、心理控制源对大学生择业焦虑的作用。方法:以内蒙古自治区5所高校1489名大学生为研究对象,进行问卷调查。结果:职业成熟度与择业焦虑存在显著的负相关,心理控制源的机遇和有势力他人与择业焦虑存在显著的正相关;职业成熟度和心理控制源对择业焦虑有显著的预测作用;职业成熟度也可以通过机遇和有势力他人间接预测择业焦虑。结论:心理控制源的机遇和有势力他人因子在职业成熟度对择业焦虑的作用中起到部分中介作用。

Objective: To research the relationship of career maturity(CM) and locus of control(LC) to vocational selection anxiety(VSA) of undergraduates. Methods: 1489 graduates from 5 universities of Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region participated in questionnaire survey. Results: There was negative correlation between CM and VSA significantly, and positive correlation in relation of chance and powerful others to VSA significantly; CM and LC could predict VSA significantly. CM could also predict VSA through chance and powerful others indirectly. Conclusion: Chance and powerful others played a role of part-mediating variable in the relationship of CM to VSA.
