前瞻性应对方式对大学生创业意向的影响：有调节的中介效应

摘要：

目的：探讨前瞻性应对方式对大学生创业意向的影响机制。方法：采用前瞻性应对方式量表、创业胜任力量表、创业环境量表和创业意向量表对647名大学生进行测量。结果：①创业胜任力中介了前瞻性应对方式与大学生创业意向之间的关系；②创业环境调节了前瞻性应对方式通过创业胜任力对大学生创业意向影响的中介过程。结论：前瞻性应对方式对大学生创业意向的影响是有调节的中介效应，其中，创业胜任力是前瞻性应对方式与大学生创业意向之间的中介变量，创业胜任力与大学生创业意向的关系受到创业环境的调节，在创业环境较好时，创业胜任力对大学生创业意向的促进作用会增强，但是在创业环境较差时，随着创业胜任力的增加，创业意向的变化将不再显著。

Objective: To explore the effect mechanism of proactive coping on college students' entrepreneurial intention. Methods: A sample of 647college students was recruited in the study to complete proactive coping scale, entrepreneurial competence questionnaire, entrepreneurial environment scale and entrepreneurial intention scale. Results: ①Entrepreneurial competence mediated the effect of proactive coping on college students' entrepreneurial intention; ②Entrepreneurial environment moderated this mediation effect of entrepreneurial competence. Conclusion: The effect ofproactive copingon college students' entrepreneurial intention was moderated mediating effect. Entrepreneurial competence was a mediator between proactive coping and entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurial environment moderated the relationship between entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial intention.
