接纳承诺疗法治疗创伤后应激障碍综述

摘要：

接纳承诺疗法（Acceptance and Commitment Therapy，ACT）是认知行为疗法第三浪潮中的代表性疗法，它以提高患者心理灵活性为最终目的，帮助患者依据自己的价值方向采取有效行动。这些过程非常适合治疗以闪回、回避、情感性木僵和高应激状态为主要特征的创伤后应激障碍（Posttraumatic Stress Disorder，PTSD）。本文首先对ACT的基本含义、哲学背景以及理论基础简单阐述，之后介绍了PTSD的病因、临床特点和现存的治疗方法，并指出了ACT治疗PTSD的优势，通过查阅文献，简单说明了用ACT治疗PTSD的过程，临床已经取得的部分效果，以及未来研究方向和需要注意的问题。

Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), whose ultimate goal is improve psychological flexibility, is a representative treatment in the third wave of cognitive-behavior therapy, it can help clients take effective actions according to their value. These proceses are very suitable for the treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), which character-ized by re-experiencing, avoidance, numbingand hyperarousal. This paper elaborates the meaning, philosophy background and the limitation of existing treatments of ACT, state as well as the advantage of using ACT to treat PTSD. Then, based on the past literatures, the paper makes a brief description of ACT in the treatment of PTSD, as well as pointing out future re-search directions and problems that need to be paid attention to.
