他人指向社交焦虑量表的中文版修订

摘要：

目的：翻译并修订他人指向社交焦虑量表（TaijinKyofusho Scale，TKS）中文版，考察该量表在中国文化背景下的适用性及信效度，并对中国他人指向的社交焦虑水平与国外的研究结果进行比较。方法：对国内498名被试进行施测，通过项目分析和验证性因素分析等方法，进行量表的结构效度、效标效度和信度检验。另比较东西方共五国的他人指向社交焦虑水平差异。结果：①验证性因素分析结果显示，TKS的单因素结构拟合较好，内部一致性信度为0.938，分半信度为0.903，重测信度为0.863。以社会交往焦虑和社交恐惧量表上的得分为效标，TKS量表的效标效度分别为0.69和0.67。②中国他人指向的社交焦虑水平与日本和印度尼西亚更为接近，且明显高于英国和瑞士的水平。结论：TKS量表的中文版具有较高的信效度。中国被试他人指向的社交焦虑水平类似日本等亚洲国家。

Objective:To examine the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the TaijinKyofusho(TKS) Scale with Chinese subjects. Methods:498 subjects were recruited in the study. The item analysis and confirmation factor analy-sis were utilized to examine TKS Scale's structure validity, criterion validity, and reliability. The level of other-focused so-cial anxiety was compared between different countries including China, Japan, India, England, and Switzerland. Results:① A Confirmatory Factor Analysis provided support for a single-factor construct of the TKS Scale. The Cronbach's α was 0.938, the reliability coefficient of split-half was 0.903 and the test-retest stability coefficient was 0.863. The correlation between total score of TKS and that of Social Interaction Anxiety Scale(SIAS) and Social Phobia Scale(SPS) were 0.69 and 0.67 respectively. ②The level of other-focused social anxiety in China was significantly higher than England and Switzer-land, but showed no significant differences compared to Japan and Indonesia. Conclusion:TheChinese version of TKS Scale had high reliability and validity.
