婚姻质量对母胎依恋的影响:孕期抑郁的中介作用和早期依恋经历的调节作用

摘要：

目的：探讨婚姻质量、孕期抑郁、母亲早期依恋经历对母胎依恋的影响。方法：采用母胎依恋关系量表、婚姻调适测验、爱丁堡产后抑郁量表、成人对父母的依恋经历调查问卷对455名孕晚期孕妇进行调查。结果：①母胎依恋与婚姻质量、母亲早期依恋经历呈显著正相关，与孕期抑郁呈显著负相关。②婚姻质量、孕期抑郁对母胎依恋的路径系数均达到显著水平，而母亲早期依恋经历对母胎依恋的路径系数未达到显著水平。③孕期抑郁在婚姻质量与母胎依恋之间起部分中介作用，母亲早期依恋经历调节婚姻质量对母胎依恋的影响，表现为婚姻质量对母胎依恋的预测在低早期依恋经历的孕妇中更显著。结论：婚姻质量不仅会直接影响母胎依恋，还会通过孕期抑郁的中介作用和母亲早期依恋经历的调节作用对母胎依恋产生影响。

Objective:To explore the effect of marital quality, antenatal depression and attachment to parents on mater-nal-fetal attachment(MFA) in pregnant women. Methods:A sample of 455 pregnant women was assessed with Maternal An-tenatal Attachment Scale, Marital-Adjustment Test, Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale and Adult-to-parental Attach-ment Experience Survey. Results:①Maternal-fetal attachment was positively correlated with marital quality and attach-ment to parents; MFA was negatively correlated with antenatal depression. ②Both marital quality and antenatal depression were uniquely associated with MFA. ③Antenatal depression played a partial mediating role in the relation between marital quality and MFA; attachment to parents moderated the relationship between marital quality and MFA, with the association stronger among those scored lower on attachment to parents. Conclusion:Marital quality could affect MFA through the par-tial mediation effect of antenatal depression and the moderation effect of attachment to parents.
