中文版儿童生存质量量表在矮小症中的信效度分析

摘要：

目的：考核中文版儿童生存质量量表在矮小症中的信度和效度。方法：采用中文版儿童生存质量量表调查入组的580名儿童青少年及其主要监护人，回收有效问卷557份，其中矮小症者138人，非矮小症者419人。结果：量表有效回收率达96％，条目缺失率低；量表总分的Cronbach's α系数为0.86，各维度介于0.7到0.83之间，代评量表总分的Cronbach's α系数分别为0.90，各维度介于0.74到0.87之间；自评与代评量表总分的重测信度ICC值分别为0.86，0.85，各维度均在0.8以上；自评与代评量表各条目与其所属维度之间的相关较强，而与其他维度的相关较弱；验证性因子分析结果为自评量表χ²/df=3.27，RMSEA=0.06，NFI=0.83，TLI=0.84，CFI=0.87，IFI=0.87；代评量表χ²/df=3.95，RMSEA=0.07，NFI=0.85，TLI=0.87，CFI=0.88，IFI=0.88。结论：儿童生存质量核心通用量表有较好可行性，信度及效度，适用于鲁西南地区矮小症儿童青少年生活质量评价。

Objective: To evaluate the reliability and validity of Chinese version of the Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory(PedsQL4.0 generic core scale). Methods: A total of 557 children and adolescents and their parents completed the PedsQL4.0 generic core scale. Results: The effective recovery rate of the scale was 96%, and item missing rate was low. The total score Cronbach's α coefficients of PedsQL4.0 generic core scale in child self-report and parent proxy-report was 0.86 and 0.90 respectively, all dimensions were above 0.70; the total score ICC of PedsQL4.0 generic core scale in child self-report and parent proxy-report was 0.86 and 0.85, other dimensions were above 0.80; Correlation coefficients between items and its dimension was higher than other dimensions; confirmatory factor analysis results indicted good factor stature in both self-report and proxy scale. Conclusion: The Chinese version of PedsQL4.0 generic core scale has good feasibility, reliability and validity, and can be used to evaluate the quality of life of short stature in China.
