B群人格障碍功能不良信念与童年期虐待及不良家庭因素的关系

摘要：

目的：探讨B群人格障碍功能不良信念与童年期虐待及不良家庭因素的关系。方法：采用人格信念问卷（PBQ）中的B群人格障碍信念分量表、童年期创伤经历问卷（CTQ）、自编早期不良家庭因素清单，对1450名大学生及硕士研究生施测。结果：童年期虐待及不良家庭因素均与B群人格障碍功能不良信念呈显著正相关；童年期虐待与不良家庭因素显著正相关；童年期虐待及不良家庭因素对反社会型、表演型以及边缘型人格障碍功能不良信念均有显著预测作用，解释率分别为13.2%、6.7%、10.5%，童年期虐待及不良家庭因素对B群人格障碍功能不良信念总分的解释率为11.7%。结论：童年期虐待及不良家庭因素与B群人格障碍功能不良信念关系密切。

Objective: To investigate the relationship between childhood maltreatment and dysfunctional family factors and dysfunctional beliefs of cluster-B personality disorder.Methods: 1450 college students and master graduate students from 5 colleges of Hunan province were investigated by the subscale of cluster-B personality belief questionnaire,childhood dysfunctional family factors list,and childhood trauma questionnaire.Results: The dysfunctional beliefs of cluster-B personality disorder had a significant correlation with childhood maltreatment and dysfunctional family factors;childhood maltreatment and dysfunctional family factors had a significant correlation;childhood maltreatment and dysfunctional family factors interpreted 11.7% of dysfunctional beliefs of cluster-B personality disorder in all.Conclusion: There is close relationship between the dysfunctional beliefs of cluster-B personality disorder and childhood maltreatment and dysfunctional family factors.
