心理游离问卷中文版的修订及其信效度研究

摘要：

目的:对心理游离问卷(Mind-Wandering Questionnaire,MWQ)的中文版进行修订并考察其在中国大学生群体中的信度和效度。方法:采用心理游离问卷中文版对506名大学生施测并对其中102人两周后进行重测。结果:探索性因素分析表明,抽取1个因素最为合适,特征根为2.42,累积方差贡献率为48.91%;验证性因素分析显示,单因素模型具有良好的拟合;心理游离与正念、积极情感和生活满意度呈显著负相关;心理游离还与消极情感呈显著正相关。结论:心理游离问卷(MWQ)中文版具有良好的心理测量学指标,适宜在中国大学生群体中使用。

Objective: To measure the validity and reliability of the Chinese version of Mind-Wandering Questionnaire(MWQ) in university students.Methods: 506 university students were assessed with MWQ.Of these students, 102 were retested after two weeks.Results: The exploratory factor analysis showed that MWQ consisted of one factor, accounting for 48.91% of the total variance.The confirmatory factor analysis identified a single factor model.Mindfulness was negatively correlated with the mindfulness, positive affect, and life satisfaction.In contrast, mind-wandering was positively correlated with negative affect.Conclusion: The Chinese version of MWQ has adequate psychometric quality, which can be used to assess mind-wandering in Chinese university students.
