中文形容词大五人格量表的初步编制Ⅲ:基于概化理论的视角

摘要:

目的:分别运用一元概化理论和多元概化理论考察《中文形容词大五人格量表(BFFP-CAS)》的测量学性能。方法:采用BFFP-CAS对707名在校大学生进行测试。结果:①UGT中各人格维度取5~6个因子可达到相应目的,概化系数和可靠性指数均达到较好水平,同等条件下BFFP-CAS更适合用作常模参照测验。②MGT中各次级特质的概化系数在0.65(温存)~0.88(抑郁)之间,可靠性指数在0.62(利他)~0.88(抑郁)之间,各人格维度的概化系数在0.90(宜人性)~0.93(神经质)之间,可靠性指数在0.89(宜人性)~0.92(神经质)之间;各人格维度中个别次级特质对全域总分方差的贡献比与编制量表时的赋值意图存在差异,后续修订工作中需注意对这些特质进行相应修正完善。结论:中文形容词大五人格量表各人格维度和特质分量表均有较好的测验精度和信度,可作为常模参照测验用于人格特质的评估。

Objective: This paper explored the psychometric properties of the Chinese Adjectives Scale of Big-Five Factor Personality(BFFP-CAS) base on the univariate generalizability theory(UGT) and multivariate generalizability theory(MGT).Methods: A total of 707 college students were surveyed with the BFFP-CAS.Results: According to the UGT, it is suitable to count 5~6 factors for each personality dimension, the generalizability coefficient and the index of dependability were excellent, and under the same conditions, the BFFP-CAS is more suitable to explain by the norm-referenced test.Ac-cording to the MGT, at the facet level, the generalizability coefficients ranged from 0.65(Tenderness) to 0.81(Depression), the index of dependability ranged from 0.62(Altruism) to 0.81(Depression), the facet factors also could be used for the normreferenced test.At the dimension level, the generalizability coefficients ranged from 0.90(Agreeableness) to 0.93(Neuroticism), and the index of dependability ranged from 0.89(Agreeableness) to 0.92(Neuroticism).The component proportion of some facet factors in each dimension was not good, which should be improved in the future.Conclusion: The measurement accuracy and reliability were excellent for each facet factor and each personality dimension, and this scale can be used for the norm-referenced test to assess the personality trait.
