心理求助的污名与行为意向的关系:态度的中介作用

摘要：

目的:运用结构方程模型验证心理求助的污名、行为意向与态度的关系。方法:采用心理求助的污名量表、行为意向量表和态度量表,对天津市623名高校大学生进行调查。结果:①心理求助的态度部分中介污名与行为意向的关系。②心理求助的态度完全中介公众污名与行为意向的关系。③心理求助的态度对自我污名和行为意向没有中介作用。④自我污名完全中介行为意向和公众污名的关系。结论:心理求助的态度在污名与行为意向之间起中介作用。

Objective: The purpose of the study is to explore the relationship among stigma, intention and attitudes for psychological help-seeking. Methods: With a sample of 632 college students in Tianjin, this study used the Stigma Toward Seeking Psychological Help Scale, Intention of Seeking Psychological Help Scale, and Attitudes Toward Seeking Psychologi-cal Help Scale to assess each subject. Results: ①Attitudes toward psychological help-seeking partially mediated stigma to-ward psychological help-seeking and help-seeking intention. ②Attitudes toward psychological help seeking fully mediated public stigma and help-seeking intention. ③Self stigma fully mediated public stigma and help-seeking intention. Conclu-sion: Attitudes toward psychological help-seeking plays a mediated role between stigma and help-seeking intention.
