正念训练改善情绪惰性的效果:正念特质的调节作用

摘要:

目的:考察正念训练改善情绪惰性的效果,检验正念特质对正念干预效果的调节作用。方法:通过讲座的方式招募被试,采用随机对照实验设计,共有53人完成研究(正念训练组28人,等待对照组25人)。采用正念注意与觉知问卷测量个体的正念特质,采用动态评估的方法用每日发送短信的方式测量情绪。结果:开始正念训练后,正念训练组的情绪短信数据显著高于等待对照组(76.52±10.99 vs. 69.73±15.82,P =0.037)。正念训练对情绪惰性的改善效果不显著(P =0.133),但组别与正念特质的交互作用显著(P =0.044)。正念特质对正念训练的干预效果起调节作用。结论:对于低正念特质个体来说,正念训练改善情绪惰性的效果好于高正念特质个体。正念训练对情绪惰性的改善可能是正念干预发生效果的机制之一。

Objective: To investigate the effect of mindfulness training improving emotional inertia, and to examine the moderating effect of mindfulness trait in the intervention effect. Methods: Participants were recruited by lectures, and ran-domized control trail was used with 53 participants completing the whole research(28 in mindfulness training group and 25 in waitlist control group). Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale was used to assess mindfulness trait, and emotion was as-sessed by ambulatory assessment. Participants replied message to report their emotion every day. Results: Mindfulness training group got significantly higher scores of emotion assessing by message than waitlist control group(76.52±10.99 vs. 69.73±15.82,P =0.037) after the intervention started. There is no significant effect of mindfulness training improve emotion-al inertia(P =0.133). However, when considering mindfulness trait, there is a significant interaction between group and mind-fulness trait(P =0.044). Mindfulness trait acted as a moderator in the effect of mindfulness training improving emotional iner-tia. Conclusion: Compared with individuals with high mindfulness trait, mindfulness training had a better effect of improv-ing emotional inertia among individuals with low mindfulness trait. The improvement of emotional inertia may be one of the mechanisms of the effect of mindfulness training.
