抑郁症脑功能网络度中心度研究

摘要:

目的:利用基于体素的度中心度(degree centrality,DC)方法探讨首发未服药重性抑郁症患者静息状态下脑节点中心地位的异常改变。方法:采集31例首发重性抑郁症患者、32例健康对照静息态fMRI数据,计算各组全脑DC值图,采用双样本t 检验进行组间比较(P <0.01,Alphasim校正,体素>30)。结果:与正常对照组比较,抑郁症脑节点中心地位发生异常改变的区域主要集中在默认网络,即抑郁症患者内侧前额叶、楔前叶的DC值降低,顶下小叶、海马、海马旁回的DC值升高。结论:默认网络脑节点中心地位的异常改变是重性抑郁症发病的重要病理生理机制。

Objective: The aim of the present study was to investigate the alternations of degree centrality(DC) in the brain of patients with major depressive disorder(MDD) at rest. Methods: We analyzed resting-state functional magnetic res-onance imaging data obtained from 31first-episode, treatment-naive young adults with MDD and from 32 matched healthy control subjects. Analysis of DC map between the patient group and the control group wereperformed by two sample t test(P <0.01, Alphasim Correction, voxel>30). Results: Compared with the control group, patients with MDD showed significantly decreased DC value in medial prefrontal cortex and precuneus. Brain regions with increased DC included inferior parietal lobule, hippocampus and parahippocampal gyrus. All abnormal brain areas mentioned above belong to the default mode net-work(DMN). Conclusion: The abnormal DC of the DMN may be involved in the pathophysiological mechanisms of MDD.
