大学生过度概括化自传体记忆与日常应激对抑郁症状影响的追踪研究

目的:探讨大学生过度概括化自传体记忆与日常应激对抑郁症状的影响机制.方法:以北京某高校204名大学生为研究对象,采用学生日常社会和学业事件量表、自传体记忆测验和流调中心用抑郁量表,每1.5月追踪测量1次,共测量6次.结果:①随着日常应激水平的增加,高水平概括化自传体记忆的大学生,抑郁症状得分更高(β=0.04,F (1,529)= 4.26,P <0.05).②随着日常应激水平的增加,消极词汇自传体记忆测试中,表现出高水平概括化自传体记忆的大学生,抑郁症状得分更高(β=0.05,F (1,529)=7.43,P <0.01).结论:过度概括化自传体记忆可能在日常应激与抑郁症状的关系中起调节作用.

Objective: This paper discusses the mechanism of influence of overgeneral autobiographical memory and daily hassles on depression symptoms. Methods: 204 college students were recruited, and GASHSS, AMT, CES-D were used. Follow-ups were carried out in every 1.5 months, with a total time period of 7.5 months and 6 times of follow-ups. Multi-linear model was used for statistical analysis. Results: ①With increasing level of daily hassles, the level of depres-sion of students with higher level of over-general memory was significantly higher than those with lower level of over-gener-al autobiographical memory(β=0.04,F (1, 529)=4.26,P <0.05). ②Using negative cues of autobiographical memory test, we found students with higher level of over-generality showed significantly higher depression symptoms than those with low lev-el of over-generality(β=0.05,F (1, 529)=7.43,P <0.01). Conclusion: Over-general autobiographical memory may moderate the relationship between daily hassles and depressive symptoms.
