父母教养方式、依恋及童年期创伤经历与大学生人格障碍倾向的关系

摘要：

目的:探讨父母养育方式、依恋及童年期创伤经历与大学生人格障碍倾向的关系.方法:采用父母教养方式问卷(PBI)、亲密关系经历量表(ECR)、人格诊断问卷(PDQ)、儿童期抚养和虐待经历问卷(CECA.Q),对584名高职院校学生施测.结果:①人格障碍阳性组在父母教养方式、童年虐待、成人依恋的多项因子的得分与正常组得分有显著的差异;②PDQ总分与父母教养方式、童年虐待、成人依恋的多项因子的得分显著相关;③回归分析显示:进入回归方程的显著变量有两个,分别是依恋焦虑和父亲控制两个因子.多元相关系数为0.560,其联合解释变异量为0.314.结论:少温情关爱而多控制干涉的父母教养行为、被忽视和被憎恶的受虐经历、不安全依恋与大学生人格障碍症状关系密切.

Objective: To explore the relationships among parental rearing patterns, childhood abuse experience, attach-ment types and personality disorders. Methods: The Personality Diagnostic Questionnaire-4, PBI and CECA.Q was admin-istrated to 508 college students by layered sample. Results: ①The personality disorder group get significantly higher scores than the normal group on PBI,ECR,CECQ. ②Significant correlation existed between several factors of personality disorders and parental rearing behavior, childhood abuse experience, attachment types. ③Regression analysis results: Fa-ther control factor,and attachment anxiety factor entered the regression equation of personality disorders. Conclusion: ① There were significant differences in father and mother care, father and mother encourage independence, and father and mother control between personality disorder group and the non-disorder group; ②The personality disorder group had more abused and ignored experiences in childhood; ③The personality disorder group showed more insecure attachment experi-ences; ④Dysfunctional Parental rearing behaviors, childhood abuse, experiences, and insecure attachment may play an im-portant role in the development of personality disorders.
