无法忍受不确定性与担忧、焦虑的关系:问题取向的中介作用

摘要：

目的:探讨问题取向在无法忍受不确定性与担忧、焦虑间的中介效应.方法:采用无法忍受不确定性量表、社会问题解决量表(简洁版)、青少年担忧倾向性量表、状态—特质焦虑问卷对565名大学生进行测量.结果:①相关分析表明,无法忍受不确定性与消极问题取向(r =0.409,P <0.001)、担忧(r =0.439,P <0.001)、焦虑(r =0.311,P <0.001)呈显著正相关,与积极问题取向相关不显著;积极问题取向与焦虑呈显著负相关(r =-0.246,P <0.001)、与消极问题取向、担忧相关不显著;消极问题取向与担忧(r =0.522,P <0.001)、焦虑(r =0.328,P <0.001)呈显著正相关;担忧与焦虑(r =0.348,P <0.001)呈显著正相关.②中介效应分析表明,消极问题取向在无法忍受不确定性与担忧、焦虑间均起着部分中介效应,中介效应占总效应的比例分别为38.29%,31.69%;消极问题取向和担忧在无法忍受不确定性与焦虑间起着链式中介效应,链式中介效应占总效应的比例为11.56%.结论:无法忍受不确定性通过消极问题取向间接影响着担忧、焦虑.

Objective: To explore the mediating effect of problem orientation on the relationship between intolerance of uncertainty and worrying and anxiety in college students. Methods: 565 college students were investigated with Intolerance of Uncertainty Scale, Chinese Version of the Social Problem-Solving Inventory, Worry Tendency Questionnaire for Chinese Adolescents, State-Trait Anxiety Inventory. Results: ①Correlation analysis showed that, intolerance of uncertainty was positively related to negative problem orientation(r =0.409, P <0.001), worrying(r =0.439, P <0.001), anxiety(r =0.311, P < 0.001); Positive problem orientation was negatively related to anxiety(r =-0.246,P <0.001) and positively related to worrying (r =0.522,P <0.001) and anxiety(r =0.328,P <0.001); Worrying was positively related to anxiety(r =0.348,P <0.001). ②Mediat-ing effect analysis showed that, negative problem orientation played a partial mediating role between intolerance of uncer-tainty and worrying, anxiety(the ratio of the mediating effect to total effects was 38.29% and 31.69% respectively); The chain mediating effect of negative problem orientation and worrying between intolerance of uncertainty and anxiety was sig-nificant(11.56%). Conclusion: Intolerance of uncertainty indirectly affects worrying and anxiety through the mediating ef-fect of negative problem orientation.
