抑郁特质大学生的社会适应性及其与情绪调节策略的关系

摘要：

目的:初步考察北京部分高校抑郁特质大学生的分布情况,以及该群体的社会适应水平、情绪调节策略及两者之间的关系.方法:采用整群抽样,在北京市十所高校中共选取大学生994人,采用NEO人格量表修订版(TheRevised NEO Personality Inventory)、中国大学生适应量表(China College Student Adjustment Scale,CCSAS)、情绪调节量表(Emotion Regulation Scale,ERS)施测.结果:①符合量表诊断的抑郁特质大学生比例为1.81%.②与对照组相比,抑郁特质大学生的社会适应量表得分显著降低,更多地采用表达抑制的情绪调节策略.③抑郁特质、表达抑制对社会适应存在显著的负向预测作用,而认知重评和性别对社会适应性存在显著的正向预测作用.④认知重评在抑郁特质与社会适应的关系中有显著的调节效应.结论:抑郁特质大学生群体存在着一定程度的社会适应障碍,更频繁地使用表达抑制策略.认知重评策略是社会适应的保护性因素.但对高抑郁质个体, 认知重评在抑郁特质对社会适应的风险效应中的缓冲作用有限.

Objective: The present study aimed to examine the prevalence of depression trait in a sample of college stu-dents, and the relationship between social adjustment and emotion regulation in students with depression trait. Methods: 994 college students were recruited and required to complete the Chinese version of the revised NEO Personality Inventory, Chinese College student Adjustment Scale, and the Emotion Regulation Scale. A Hierarchical regression approach was used to analyze the effects of depression-trait, emotion regulation on social adjustment. Results: The prevalence of depressiontrait among college students(DT group) was 1.18%. Scores of the Social Adjustment Scale of DT group were significantly lower than healthy controls, whereas scores of expressive inhibition of DT group were significantly higher than healthy con-trols. The effect of depression-trait on social adaptability was moderated by cognitive appraisal rather than expressive inhi-bition. Conclusion: Students with depression-trait have impaired ability of social adjustment. Depression-trait is the most robust predictor for social adjustment than cognitive reappraisal, expressive inhibition and gender.
