自我分化与社交回避及苦恼的关系:安全感的中介作用

摘要：

目的:探讨自我分化、安全感与社交回避及苦恼的关系.方法:采用自我分化问卷、安全感量表和社交回避及苦恼量表对338名大学生进行问卷调查.结果:①自我分化总分与安全感总分呈显著正相关,分别与社交回避及苦恼量表得分呈显著负相关;②与安全感低分组相比,安全感高分组自我分化水平显著较高,社交回避及苦恼得分显著降低;③回归分析发现,同时考虑安全感总分时,自我分化总分对社交回避及苦恼总分的负向预测作用虽显著但已减弱;在分量表水平,同时考虑人际安全感时,自我位置及情感断绝对社交回避及苦恼总分的负向预测作用虽显著但已减弱.结论:人际安全感在自我位置及情感断绝对社交回避及苦恼总分的影响中具有部分中介作用.

Objective: To explore the relationship among differentiation of self, security and social avoidance and dis-tress. Methods: Totally 338 college students completed differentiation of self inventory, questionnaires of security and so-cial avoidance and distress scale. Results: ①The differentiation of self had significantly positive correlation with security, and differentiation of self and security had significantly negative correlation with social avoidance and distress; ②Compar-ing with low-security group, high-security group got higher scores on differentiation of self and lower scores on social avoid-ance and distress; ③Regression analysis showed that security mediated the effects of differentiation of self on social avoid-ance and distress significantly, and that interpersonal security mediated the negative effects of I-position and emotional cut-off on social avoidance and distress significantly. Conclusion: The interpersonal security had a mediating role in the rela-tionship between I-position, emotional cutoff and social avoidance and distress.
