自我复杂性的压力缓冲效应:基于日常烦心事和重大生活事件的探讨

摘要：

目的:探讨自我复杂性在日常烦心事和重大负性生活事件下对大学生心理健康是否具有缓冲效应.方法:采用自我复杂性测验、大学生新近生活经历、重大负性生活事件、自尊和积极消极情感量表对316名大学生进行测查.结果:①自我复杂性不能直接预测心理健康,无论是自尊、积极或消极情感.②自我复杂性能有效缓冲日常烦心事对个体消极情感的影响、能有效缓冲重大负性生活事件对个体自尊和积极情感的负性影响.结论:高水平的自我复杂性能有效保护大学生在高水平压力下有更好的心理健康,但是,其缓冲效应会受到压力性质和所选心理健康指标的影响.

Objective: To investigate the buffering effects of self-complexity on the relations between daily hassles/criti-cal life events and self-esteem and positive/negative affect. Methods: A total of 316 college students were selected from 3 colleges and surveyed with Self-Complexity Inventory, College Students'Recent Life Experiences, Critical Negative Life events, Self-Esteem Scale and Positive and Negative Affect Scale. Results: ①Self-complexity had no direct predictive ef-fect on self-esteem and positive/negative affect. ②Self-complexity moderated the effect of daily hassles on negative affect, and the effect of critical life events on self-esteem and positive affect. Conclusion: Higher self-complexity may buffer the negative effect of the daily hassles and the critical life events on mental health.
