歧视知觉与男同性恋艾滋病感染者创伤后应激障碍的关系: 应对方式的中介作用

摘要：

目的: 探讨应对方式在歧视知觉与男同性恋艾滋病感染者的创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)关系中的中介作用。方法: 采用问卷调查法测量145名男同性恋艾滋病感染者的歧视知觉、应对方式和创伤后应激障碍。结果: ①歧视知觉与情感中心应对方式、PTSD均呈显著正相关,但与问题中心应对方式无显著相关。②情感中心应对方式在男同性恋艾滋病感染者群体的歧视知觉与创伤后应激障碍之间起部分中介作用。结论: 歧视知觉既直接预测男同性恋艾滋病感染者PTSD的症状严重程度,也可以通过情感中心应对方式间接预测其PTSD严重程度。

Objective: The current studyaimed to explore the mediating effects of coping strategy on the relationship between perceived stigma and PTSD among HIV-positive MSM in Beijing, China. Methods: A total sample of 145 HIV-positive MSM was recruited using convenience sampling in Beijing. Results: ①Pearson correlation analysis showed that perceived stigma was positively correlated with PTSD and emotion-focused coping strategy, but not significantly related to problem-focused coping strategy. ②Emotion-focused coping strategy played a partial mediating role in the effect of perceived stigma on PTSD with the overall model explaining about 49% of the variance in PTSD. Conclusion: The current study suggested that perceivedstigma is significantly related with PTSD. We also found evidence that emotion-focused coping strategy mediates the relationship of perceived stigma and PTSD among HIV-positive MSM.
