目的: 以同伴支持和家庭关系为人际易感因子,验证青少年抑郁症状的人际易感性-应激模型。方法: 1130名在校高中生在完成了包含人际易感性、抑郁症状和焦虑症状在内的首次测评后,每隔一个月完成一次负性生活事件、抑郁症状和焦虑症状的追踪测评,半年时间内共完成7次追踪测评,采用多层线性模型对数据进行分析。结果: 在城乡样本中,家庭关系和应激的交互作用显著; 仅在城市样本中,同伴支持和应激的交互作用显著。结论: 在遭遇生活事件时,家庭关系和同伴关系受损越严重的青少年,抑郁症状会加剧得更明显,支持青少年抑郁症状的人际易感性-应激模型。

Objective: To explore interpersonal vulnerability-stress model, the study examined whether impairment in peer and family relationships serves as a vulnerability factor to depressive symptoms in two independent samples of adolescents from Hunan Province, China. Methods: At Time 1, 1,130 adolescents(aged 14-18) completed measures assessing interpersonal vulnerability, depressive symptoms, and anxious symptoms. Participants subsequently completed measures assessing depressive symptoms, anxious symptoms, and the occurrence of negative interpersonal events once a month for six months. Data were analyzed using hierarchical linear modeling analyses. Results: The interaction effect of family relations and stress on adolescent depressive symptoms was significant in both urban and rural samples; while the interaction effect of peer support and stress on adolescent depressive symptoms was significant only in urban sample. Conclusion: Greater impairment in family relations was associated with greater increases in depressive symptoms following negative interpersonal events in both our urban and rural samples whereas greater impairment in peer relations was associated with greater increases in depressive symptoms following negative interpersonal events only in urban sample, to support interpersonal vulnerability-stress model.
