大学生人际冲突概述

摘要：

人际冲突是大学生社会化过程中的一种现象，本文对国内外学者在人际冲突的概念、起因、过程、来源及产生的心理影响方面进行的研究做出了简要概述。

Interpersonal conflict is one of the phonomenas in the college students'socialization, this study summarizes the studies of western world which includes the concept, cause, process and origin of interpersonal conflict, and also dis cusses the influence of interpersonal conflict on mental health.
