精神分裂症病人归因与记忆的研究

摘要：

目的:研究精神分裂症病人记忆和知觉归因模式的文化倾向。方法:选择恢复期精神分裂症病人48名,对中国和美国社会动型的两类鱼群游动卡通片进行知觉归因与记忆测试。结果:精神分裂症病人同正常人一样,对中国动型图片倾向于向外归因,对美国动型图片倾向于内归因,但回忆成绩与归因倾向无关。归因与性别之间以及性别、图片与归因之间存在显著交互作用。结论:精神分裂症病人的归因模式和常人基本相同。男女病人知觉后认知加工损伤存在差异,女性受损可能更严重。

Objective：To study the cultural schema of Chinese schizophrenic's memory model and attributional tendency. Methods：Forty-eight remission-stage schizophrenic patients' attributional model and memory to Chinese and American social dynamic cartoons of fish swimming were examined. Results：Schizophrenics tended to make outside attribution to Chinese cartoons and inside attribution to American cartoons, but showed equivalent scores in memory tests for both types of cartoons. Significant interaction between attribution and gender, and between gender, cartoon types, and attribution were found. Conclusion：The attribution model of schizophrenics was the same as nonschizophrenics. There existed differences in postsensory cognitive processing impairment between males and females, with more serious impairment in the female group.
