老年糖尿病人P300认知电位改变及相关因素分析

摘要：

目的:了解老年糖尿病人P300认知电位的改变及与病程、糖代谢及并发症的关系。方法:采用听觉oddball序列刺激的诱发电位方法对50例老年糖尿病人及20例健康老年人进行测试。结果:糖尿病组与对照组比较,糖尿病并腔隙性脑梗塞组与无脑梗塞组比较P300波潜伏期显著延长,P300波波幅显著降低,糖尿病组P300波潜伏期和波幅与病程长短、糖化血红蛋白及有无高血压病无明显相关。结论:老年糖尿病人比正常老年人P300波潜伏期明显延长,P300波波幅明显降低,合并腔隙性脑梗塞可能是其P300波改变的主要原因之一。

Objective:To investigate P300 cognitive potentials in elderly diabetes and related factors.Methods:50 patients with diabetes mellitus and 20 control elderly subjects were tested on auditory induced potentials.Results:There were significant differences in amplitude and latency of P300 between patients group and control group.Significant differences between patients with lacuna infarction and patients without lacuna infarction were also found.Amplitude and latency of P300 in patients did not correlate with the disease course,glycated hemoglobin and hypertension.Conclusion:The effect of latency delays and amplitude reduction of P300 was much more obvious in elderly diabetes than in healthy elderly people,and lacuna infarction may play an important role.
