Objective:To investigate the relationship between disability to differentiate facial expression and psychopathology in schizophrenics. Methods: The facial expression differentiate ability and psychopathology of 60 schizophrenics were assessed.Results:The facial expression differentiation ability of schizophrenics was negatively correlated with the total score of BPRS and most of its symptom scores. Conclusion: The disability to differentiate facial expression in schizophrenics was related to the psychopathological conditions.
