赛乐特治疗广泛性焦虑症门诊患者的开放对照研究

摘要：

Objective: To compare the effects of the Paroxetine and Doxepine on the out-patients with General Anxiety disorder(GAD). Methods: The out-patients with GAD who met with the CCMD-Ⅱ-R were exposed to one of the two drugs randomly over 4wks, and assessed with HAMA/CGI, TESS. They were also given the laboratory examination of the ECG、GPT、BUN during the therapeutic period. Result: Both groups of out-patients symptoms were gradually relieved at the end of the 2nd week singnificantly and no difference of the both group out-patients were found with HAMA/CGI, The out-patients with the Paroxetine showed less side effects than the Doxepine.Conclusion: Paroxetine would be effecctive and safe in the treatment of GAD.
