Objective To explore the features of event-related potentials P300 in heroin addicts.Methods The auditory induced potentials of Pz were recorded in 22 heroin addicts and 22 control subjects.Results (1)The latency of P3 in heroin addicts was delayed significantly than in control subjects(t=2.54,P＜0.05);(2)The proportion of abnormal delay was significantly higher in experimental group(χ²=8.32,P＜0.01).Conclusion There was cognitive impairment in heroin addicts.
