Objective To investigate the effect of psychotherapy on interpersonal difficulty.Methods 79 students with social difficulty were treated by individual psychotherapy for 8 weeks.All the clients were assessed by Texas Social Behavior Inventory (TSBI),Fear of Negative Evaluation Scale(FNES),State Versus Trait Loneliness Scales(STLS).Results After psychotherapy of 8 weeks,the average score of TSBI was increased (t=2.92,p＜0.05),and the average score of FNES was decreased (t=2.29,p＜0.05),and the average score of STLS was decreased (t=2.94,p＜0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive psychotherapy which include cognitive adjustment,emotional adjustmeent and social behavior training has significant effects on interpersonal difficuty.
