综合医院躯体形式障碍患者MMPI特征

摘要：

目的了解躯体形式障碍患者MMPI及临床特征，并探讨其可能的机制。方法对他科转诊的综合医院躯体形式障碍患者(符合CCMD-3标准)30例进行MMPI测试，与首诊于咨询门诊的139例神经症性障碍患者作了比较，并分析两组诈病指数的差异。结果躯体形式障碍患者除Hs、F量表分高于首诊组(P＞0.05)外，其余均无差异；两组诈病指数差异无显著性(P＜0.05)。结论躯体形式障碍患者MMPI剖图特点与神经症性障碍患者无本质差异，且并未比神经症性障碍患者有更多的伪装倾向。

Objective To investigate the MMPI characteristics of somatoform disorders (according to CCMD-3 criteria) and to explore their possible mechanisms.Methods 30 patients with somatoform disorders from general hospital (somatized group) were assessed with the MMPI,and the profiles were compared with 139 neurotic patients from counseling clinic (neurotic group).Malingering was identified by the dissimulation index from the MMPI (F-K+9).Results (1) The somatized patients had higher Hs and F scores than neurotic group (P＜0.05).(2) The malingering indexes between two groups did not show any differences (P＞0.05).Conclusion Somatized patients from general hospital had similar MMPI profile with the neurotic group from counseling clinic.The former did not show more malingering characteristics than the latter.
