轻度认知功能损害者心理状况及相关因素研究

摘要：

目的：分析轻度认知功能损害者(mildcognitivefunctionimpairment，MCI)个性、心理状况及其相关因素。方法：⑴共调查社区中70岁以上老人239名：MCI组34名，常态老龄组89名，成功老龄组116名。⑵应用“上海市社区老人健康问卷(S .A .2002)”，包括人口学资料、简短症状问卷(BSI)、个性指数问卷、躯体疾病清单、自我效能量表、MMSE及ADL等。结果：⑴MCI组与非MCI组(成功老龄和常态老龄)在个性的脆弱性、自我效率、神经质和宿命感及BSI总分上有显著性差异。⑵影响MCI者心理状况的主要因素为个性、教育程度、经济状况及躯体状况。结论：MCI者认知功能损害与不良的个性及心理状况有着显著相关，提示在成功老龄研究中应重视这些相关因素。

Objective: To analyze personality, mental status and their correlated factors on Mild Cognitive Impairment(MCI) elders.Methods:239 elderly people who lived in community and aged 70 years or over were investigated.Therewere 34 elders in MCI grouP, 89 in usual aged group, 116 in successful aged group.The instruments used were the Shanghai Health Survey for E-lderly(S.A.2002),which included demographic details,Brief symptom inventory(BSI),personality index questionnaire, physical disease list, self-efficacy scale(SES),etc.Related factors among three groups were compared.Results: There were significant difference in most items of personality indexes and the total score of BSI among three groups.Factors affecting the mental status of the elderly with MCI were personality, education, economic and physical conditions.Conclusion:Cognitive impairment of MCI was significantly associated with unhealthy personality and mental status, which should be paid more attention to in successful aging research.
