躯体变形障碍研究进展

摘要：

躯体变形障碍(BDD)是一种对想象或轻微外表缺陷的先占观念。作为一种精神障碍,BDD不仅危害患者的身心健康,还易引发复杂的医疗问题。本文总结了近年来有关躯体变形障碍的流行病学、病因,临床特征,以及治疗发面的进展,并对躯体变形障碍的名称由来作一回顾。

Body dysmorphic disorder(BDD) is characterized by a preoccupation with an imagined or slight defect in appearance.As a kind of psychiatric disorder,BDD can endanger patients' physical and mental health.And it is apt to cause complicated medical problems.This article has reviewed the prevalence,epidemiology,clinical feature,causes and treatment of BDD.
